Our repair and remanufacturing department is staffed by long term employees who have been restoring transmission components exclusively for many years and our equipment and tooling is set up specifically for transmission component repair, making your repair quick and cost effective.

We are committed to delivering repair components that not only look like they came from the factory, but also perform and endure like the OEM part. During our 25 years in business, we have tested many repair methods. Often there are alternative repair methods available, some quicker and less expensive than others, yet functional. Our philosophy has always been, without compromise, to use the most reliable and durable method and then strive to make the repair unnoticeable, giving you the same level of confidence installing your repaired component as you have installing a new OEM part.

In addition to repairing your part we stock for exchange sale many remanufactured Allison parts, John Deere charge pumps and gears, and Twin Disc parts, giving you a quick, lower cost alternative to buying new components.

Hard Parts Repair

Repairing individual Allison transmission hard parts is the foundation of our business.

When we receive your part it will be thoroughly inspected to identify needed repairs. We will notify you of the needed repairs with the cost to complete them.

Case Repair

A section of our repair department is dedicated to Allison transmission housing restoration. We repair a high volume of Allison HT, Allison MT, and Allison V730 housings. We also restore other Allison housings and housings of other OEM’s as well, such as ZF. Cases are individually inspected for needed repairs. Each case may be repaired as needed or may be fully updated, depending on the customer’s preference. All case repair services include: Initial cleaning of critical areas to enable a visual inspection for cracks. Inspection and tapping of all bolt holes. Sanding and de-burring of all gasket surfaces. Final cleaning to restore it to like new appearance Specific repairs may include: Welding cracked areas and broken mounting ears where salvageable. Restoring damaged bolt holes Restoration of clutch pack areas using steel inserts. Restoration of snap ring grooves to OEM dimensions. Allison V730 cases can be fully rebuilt including updating to right-hand rotation. Allison HT, MT, and V730 cases are in stock fully restored and are available for exchange sale.

Custom Repairs

Although much of our work is with Allison transmission parts, we have always repaired components from John Deere transmissions, ZF Transmissions, CAT transmissions and transfer cases, Terex transmissions and transfer cases, Clark, Hurth, Voith and parts from other heavy-duty automatic transmissions and transfer cases.

Because of our extensive experience with strictly heavy-duty automatic transmission and transfer case components, we can confidently identify the needed repair and efficiently restore the component to like new condition.
