About Us

Trans Machine is located 30 miles west of Chicago in Aurora, Illinois.
Like other successful businesses, it started in a garage nearly 25 years ago, but today employs a dozen professional machinists and people from the transmission rebuilding industry.
Our product lines and services are specifically for the heavy-duty automatic transmission industry. Our customers are primarily transmission rebuilders and equipment users with in-house maintenance capabilities.

Allison transmission parts has been our specialty, however we repair and remanufacture hard parts, housings, and pumps from many brands of heavy-duty automatic transmissions including Caterpillar, Case, Clark, Euclid, Funk, John Deere, Terex, and ZF.
We are both a manufacturer and parts distributor. We manufacture in-house 99.9% of what we sell.
